This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Bike Santa Fe (“we”) and our website, https://www.bikesantafe.org. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise.

I. The Information We Collect

    Initiatives & Events
From time-to-time we may collect information you provide as a part of an initiative or event. Petitions you sign and letters you send through our advocacy efforts are collected to reinforce the support for or against important issues.  As such, we may share printed information collected from action items with those we feel can positively impact the outcome of the issue for which we have created this petition, which groups may include, but are not limited to, members of the New Mexico State Legislature, the Governor of New Mexico and employees of the State of New Mexico and its related departments and agencies.

Participation in these initiatives or events is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and, therefore, disclose this information.

II. How We Use the Information We Collect

  1. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information, other than with third party service providers and other bicycle-related organizations on a limited basis.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future about the latest Bike Santa Fe newsletter, initiatives, events, or changes to this privacy policy. If you’d prefer to not receive the Bike Santa Fe newsletter via email, then you may choose to not take any advocacy actions or sign up for our newsletter, though we hope that you will since your support strengthens our advocacy work. Bike Santa Fe’s newsletters via email include information for you to unsubscribe and you may choose to do so at any time.
